Can I reserve a slot and pay later?
- Unfortunately, we practice first-come-first-served basis as there are limited slots in each session.
What are your refund and cancellation policies?
- To cancel any OSREN course or workshop, kindly contact OSREN’s support team @ +6012 675 9258 during office hours.
- OSREN’s support team will provide you with the cancellation form. Participant is required to fill in the form completely and e-mail it to [email protected].
- Cancellation is applicable only 3 weeks before the commencement of the registered course or workshop. Cancellation after a no-show or a no-show during the course will not be refunded and voided.
- There will be no charges for the cancellation made 3 weeks in advance before the registered course commences.
Can I reschedule OSREN Courses/Workshops?
- Rescheduling is subject to the availability of the next or following classes available. To check availability, kindly contact OSREN’s support team @ +6012 675 9258.
- Rescheduling is only applicable to the same level or same course on other available dates. Participants will bear any differences in charges of course fees, should there be any. (For non-early bird price, participants will bear the cost difference).
- Download the form, fill in the form and e-mail it to [email protected].
- You will be notified once the rescheduling is completed. There will be no additional charges for any rescheduling made 3 weeks in advance before the original course commences, excluding any differential charges that may occur, as stated above.
Can I attend the Level 3 – Pro Detailing Workshop straight without any experience in detailing?
- While you may do so, however, we highly recommend that you start with Level 2 - Polisher Mastery Course as Level 3 requires participants to be familiarized with machine handling.
Is this course suitable for someone who is already experienced in detailing?
- Yes, absolutely! As time changes, technology advances too. This means paint, products and tools are also evolving to meet today’s standards. Get updated on the latest findings and happenings in auto detailing and apply these learnings on your job!
If the course is full, can I still join?
- Call our support team at +6012-675 9258 to be added to the waiting list. If any participants cancel or reschedule, we will contact you.
What if I am unable to attend the course due to medical reason(s)?
- For medical or any unforeseen circumstances, the cancellation will be accepted provided with supporting documents (medical certificates, leave and other authoritative reports), that are subject to OSREN management’s approval.
- For Covid positive cases, kindly submit with evidential proof (PCR/RTK Self-Test result). Failure to do so will be considered a no-show.
